Features:

This is not just a decorative part, the shroud is designed to protect the shooter’s face in the rare event of a cartridge rupture or failure, where hot gas and powder debris can travel back through the bolt body via the firing pin hole. Factory rifles have a plastic or cast shroud which does absolutely nothing to protect you the shooter.

• 7075 Aluminum
• Finished in Type III Anodized Black
• Coil spring is identical to the Tikka original spring, but ours is made from stainless steel
• Fits the following Tikka rifles: T3, T3X, M590, M595, M690, and M695.
• Weight  0.46oz (this is a weight savings of .63oz by replacing the factory shroud)
