Falkor Defense’s mission: To build world-class Actions that are designed, engineered, and manufactured to the most stringent aerospace standards in the world…period. To achieve that objective, every part is scrutinized for tolerance, and meticulously inspected to prove functionality. To achieve and maintain this type of quality, we manufacture our Actions “in-house” right here in Montana, using American made materials. Promising is one thing, proving is another.
Falkor Defense Actions are manufactured to AS9100 Aerospace standards to Falkor’s engineered drawings. AS9100 is a widely adopted and standardized quality management system for the aerospace industry. This means procedures, processes, and work instructions (including inspection) are developed and audited specifically for our Actions. Our inspection criteria includes Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) checks, and in-process inspection plans through all operations.
Falkor Defense LW7 Barreled Actions come fully assembled and head spaced to SAAMI specs, utilizing OMR’s Shouldered match grade carbon fiber prefit barrel.
Other calibers and configurations available upon request.
PLEASE NOTE: We Cerakote the exposed steel on barrel and brake and or muzzle cap (if added to your build) in Elite black to match the Falkor LW7 Action. Action bolt will not be Cerakoted, as it is DLC coated.

BARREL BREAK-IN PROCEDURE:
The following procedure is recommended when breaking-in an Oregon Mountain Rifle Co barrel.
NOTE: Allow the barrel to cool to ambient temperature before shooting each series of break-in rounds to avoid unnecessary throat erosion. Do not shoot your rifle in succession until the barrel is too hot to touch with a bare hand. DO NOT USE MOLY COATED BULLETS DURING BREAK-IN.
BARREL MAINTENANCE:
Once the barrel is broken in, remember to clean your barrel after approximately every 75 to 150 rounds; depending on caliber & bullet load to keep accuracy optimal. A dirty bore is a primary cause of poor accuracy. You know your rifle best, so use your best judgment.

You can expect a lead time of 3-5 months for us to build your Falkor Defense Barreled Action. This is subject to change due to caliber specific actions and barrels. Call or email us if you have questions, or for in-stock options.
All OMR custom barreled actions, ship free to your FFL of choice in the Continental US Only. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, there may be an additional fee to ship your barreled action.
All barreled action sales are final, once the rifle has been shipped. Any barreled action canceled after your order is placed will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If for any reason there is a problem with performance we will work with you to remedy any problems that may arise.
OMR SELF-TIMING MUZZLE BRAKE:
You have the choice of Titanium (Weighs 1.8 oz) or Stainless Steel (Weighs 3.5 oz). These have been engineered to provide the greatest recoil reduction of any brake on the market. OMR Self Timing Brakes are a great addition to your setup when wanting to remove your brake for use at the range, hunting or suppressor use. OMR Self Timing Brakes can be easily removed & installed at home. Made of Grade 5 Titanium or 416 stainless steel. Brakes are caliber specific and ready for install. Add an OMR Muzzle Brake wrench for easy installation and take-off.
